PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Florence Wong was called to the Bar in 1981. Florence carries on a general practice in the area of Corporate/Commercial Law, Real Estate and Leases. She also assists our clients with their wills and estate work. Florence speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
Florence has extensive experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions and she has also acted for both Landlords and Tenants in many commercial leasing matters. Florence also represents financial institutions in drawing mortgages and other financing documents.
Florence’s client list includes many closely held companies. She assists these clients in various corporate transactions including incorporation, organization and reorganization of their companies. Many clients have also called upon Florence to assist them in the purchase or sale of their businesses.
Florence has been trained in mediation and will not hesitate to use her mediation skills to resolve shareholder disputes.
