PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Garry’s legal practice focuses on primarily insurance litigation. He has represented numerous private insurance companies over the years and currently concentrates the majority of his practice on representing the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia as defence counsel. He has appeared before all levels of court in the Province of British Columbia including the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He has argued before a five judge panel of the B.C. Court of Appeal.
Garry has extensive experience on virtually all aspects of personal injury litigation, having represented both injured parties and insurance companies.
